Membership terms

Rooted 360 is made by Nuru Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). These terms cover paying for Rooted 360. Our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. If anything here conflicts with them, this page controls for your Rooted 360 payment.

Price

• Rooted 360 costs $2.99 (U.S. dollars), one time. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.
• The price includes any sales tax.
• After you pay, log in with your email on any device to use Rooted 360.

Refunds

• Not happy? Email info@builtbynuru.com within 14 days of buying, from the email you paid with, and we'll refund you in full.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
• After a refund, Rooted 360 locks again on your account.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the seller of record and takes care of sales tax. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* followed by our name, and your receipts come from Link. We never see or store your full card number. Link may also help with payment questions and refund requests. If a payment fails, Stripe will try again over the following days. If it still can't collect, your access ends until you pay.

Your Nuru account and your information

• One Nuru Holdings account works on all our apps. Each app is paid for on its own.
• You log in with your email. Each time, we email you a 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes. Don't share it.
• We store your email, when you joined and last logged in, your login sessions, and which apps you have and their status, plus Stripe's customer number for you. We use your email for login codes and important account messages.
• We don't sell or rent your information.
• You can delete your account anytime: Account → Delete my account, or the delete-account page. It deletes your login, sessions, memberships and purchase records with us on every Nuru app, and cancels a running membership first so you aren't charged again. Stripe and Link keep their own payment records (receipts and tax) as the law requires.
• One account is for one person. Don't share your login.

Changes to Rooted 360

We keep improving Rooted 360, so features may change. If we stop offering Rooted 360 within 12 months of your purchase, email us for a refund.
